3Offences connected with seeds regulations.N.I.
(1)If any person—
(a)includes in a statutory statement anything which is false in a material particular, or
(b)contravenes any provision contained in seeds regulations [F1 he shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding[F2 level 5 on the standard scale]].
