4N.I.The Ministry may by regulations provide for such matters as it thinks necessary regarding an inquiry held under paragrapy 3 and section 65 of and Schedule 7 to the Health Services Act (Northern Ireland) 1948 [1948 c.3] F1 shall, in their application to any such inquiry by virtue of section 23 of the Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954 [1954 c.33] , be subject to the provisions of any regulations made under this paragraph.
