3 N.I. The investments and cash which at the date of this Scheme are held by the Ministry on behalf of the Institute particulars of which are set out in Schedule 2 and in this Scheme and the 1954 Scheme are referred to as “the Trust Fund” shall be held by the Ministry for the purposes hereinafter set out.
