An Act to make provision for the management, administration and disposition of the part of the Irish Church Temporalities Fund apportioned to the Government of Northern Ireland, and for purposes connected herewith.

WHEREAS it is provided by section thirty-one of the Government of Ireland Act, 1920, that the part of the Irish Church Temporalities Fund apportioned to the Government of Northern Ireland shall be managed, administered and disposed of as directed by Act of the Parliament of Northern Ireland:

(1)There shall be paid from time to time out of moneys provided by Parliament all such sums as may be required in respect of any charges on the Irish Church Temporalities Fund which, if and so far as not paid, would be made good by means of deductions from sums payable to the Exchequer of Northern Ireland in respect of the Irish residuary share of reserved taxes.

This Act may be cited as the Church Temporalities Fund Act (Northern Ireland), 1922.
