Local Government (Wales) Measure 2009 (nawm 2) E+W

20 E+W The Local Government (Wales) Measure 2009 is amended as follows.

21 E+W Part 2 (Community strategies and planning) is repealed.

22 E+W Sections 48(2)(b), 50(5)(c) and 51(3) are repealed.

23 E+W Schedule 3 is repealed.
