1. Introductory Text

2. Duties laid upon Glass Wares, and Stone and Earthen Bottles made here or imported, for Five Years.

3. II. Duties for Goods imported to be paid by Importer before landing. Landing before Entry and Duties paid, or without Warrant;

4. III. Duties to be managed by Commissioners of the Customs.

5. IV. Commissioners to be appointed for managing the Duties on Home Goods.

6. V. The Value of Home Goods paying ad valorem Duties, how ascertained.
