  58. LVI.£8 per Cent. allowed for Interest, and this Fund, &c. chargeable for the Payment of Principal and Interest;; and if not sufficient, then the next Aids;

  59. LVII.The annual Surplus Money applied in Payment of Monies remaining due on 2 W. & M. Sess. 2. c. 10. continued by 3 & 4 W.& M.c.6.

  60. LVIII.Receivers of Duty on Salt to give an annual Account to the Auditors of the Imprest, to be declared before the Treasurer, &c. who may examine Receiver on Oath.

  61. LIX.No Members of the Commons, except Commissioners of Treasury, Customs, Excise, and Land Tax, to be Farmers.
