II.Persons not concerned in the Craft of Fishery not to make Pilchards, &c. in
Cask, unless bought of those concerned in the Pilchard Craft, or with, their Consent; Penalty.
And it is hereby enacted by the Authority aforesaid That if any person or persons being neither Owners Partners or Adventurers in the Craft of Fishery and in the Boates and Saynes thereunto belonging shall presume from and after the day before limited to make or cause to be made any Pilchards or Fumathoes in Cask to be sold or transported except he or they shall openly buy the aforesaid Fish of the respective Owners Partners and [X1Adventures] in the said Pilchard Craft or with theire expresse allowance leave and consent that they shall in such case forfeit all and singuler such Pilchards and Fumathoes so made and every Cask thereof or theire full value the one halfe to the King and the other halfe to him or them that shall soe sue for the same by Bill Plaint or other Information and upon legal proof recover the same.

Gallwch wneud defnydd o ddogfennau atodol hanfodol a gwybodaeth ar gyfer yr eitem ddeddfwriaeth o’r tab hwn. Yn ddibynnol ar yr eitem ddeddfwriaeth sydd i’w gweld, gallai hyn gynnwys:
- y PDF print gwreiddiol y fel deddfwyd fersiwn a ddefnyddiwyd am y copi print
- rhestr o newidiadau a wnaed gan a/neu yn effeithio ar yr eitem hon o ddeddfwriaeth
- manylion rhoi grym a newid cyffredinol
