http://www.legislation.gov.uk/asp/2026/7/section/8Community Wealth Building (Scotland) Act 2026enStatute Law Database2026-04-26Expert Participation2026-03-26 8 1 Each community wealth building partnership must, as soon as reasonably practicable after the end of each reporting period, prepare a report setting out— a the steps it has taken in the reporting period in respect of each measure included in the community wealth building action plan, b the steps it has taken in the reporting period to keep the community wealth building action plan under review, c in relation to the total expenditure incurred pursuant to public contracts entered into by the community wealth building partners, the percentage given to local economic operators during the reporting period in accordance with section 5(8), d an assessment of progress made with reference to the indicators set out in the action plan in accordance with section 5(9)(a). 2 Each local authority must publish the report prepared in accordance with subsection (1)— a as soon as reasonably practicable following its preparation, b in such manner as the local authority considers appropriate. 3 In this section, “reporting period” means— a the period of 5 years beginning with the day on which the community wealth building action plan is first published, b each subsequent period of 5 years.
