31 Authorisation for use of vehicles to drive deer S

(1) Section 19 of the 1996 Act (use of vehicles to drive deer) is modified as follows.

(2) In subsection (2)—

(a) after “owner”, insert “or occupier”,

(b) for “him”, substitute “the owner or occupier”.
