12Scottish Natural Heritage representation on advisory panels

(1)

Section 4 of the 1996 Act (appointment of panels) is modified as follows.

For subsections (4) and (5) substitute—

“(4)

SNH may appoint a member of SNH or a member of SNH’s staff as a member of a panel under subsection (1).”.
