33Directions relating to student support
(1)
The Education (Scotland) Act 1980 is modified as follows.
(2)
In section 73ZA (administration of certain sums)—
(a)
in subsection (3), for the words from “persons—” to the end substitute
“persons undertaking, or who have undertaken, courses of education provided by—
(a)
a post-16 education body,
(b)
a body designated by the Scottish Ministers under section 74A, or
(c)
an educational institution (or institutions) in the United Kingdom but outside Scotland, which is (or are) maintained or assisted by recurrent grants out of public funds.”,
(b)
in subsection (4), for “(3)” substitute “(3)(a)”
