(1)This Act ceases to have effect on 31 December 2028.
(2)If the duties under section 35 are not carried out by 31 December 2028, the duties continue to apply (despite the repeal of that section under subsection (1)) until the earlier of—
(a)the end of the day on which the report is published, or
(b)31 December 2030.
