10 Review of VL scheme: matters to be considered S

(1) Section 21 of the 2024 Act (review of scheme) is modified as follows.

(2) After subsection (1) insert—

“(1A) The local authority must, in carrying out such a review, consider whether the scheme should be modified or revoked.”.
