9 Statutory conditions: entitlement to fixed equipment S

(1) The 1993 Act is modified as follows.

(2) In schedule 2 (the statutory conditions)—

(a) for paragraph 4 substitute—

“4 The crofter is not entitled to any fixed equipment from the landlord in respect of the croft.”,

(b) paragraph 7 is repealed.
