9Statutory conditions: entitlement to fixed equipment(1)

The 1993 Act is modified as follows.

In schedule 2 (the statutory conditions)—

(a)

for paragraph 4 substitute—4

The crofter is not entitled to any fixed equipment from the landlord in respect of the croft.

paragraph 7 is repealed.
