<Text>The following provisions come into force on the day after Royal Assent: this section and sections 67, 68 and 71.</Text>

<Text>The Scottish Ministers may by regulations amend a provision of this Act that refers to the day on which a section comes into force so that it specifies the date on which the section actually came into force.</Text>
