<Text>The Scottish Ministers must, before the deadline, produce a report on the extent to which the recommendations set out in the Promise have been implemented.</Text>

<Text>In this section, “<Term id="term-the-promise">the Promise</Term>” means the report published on 5 February 2020 on behalf of the Independent Care Review established by the Scottish Ministers in October 2016.</Text>
