<Text>The Scottish Ministers must, before the deadline, carry out a review of the implementation of this Act.</Text>

<Pnumber>2</Pnumber>

<Text>The deadline, for the purpose of subsection (1), is the day falling 2 years after Royal Assent.</Text>

<Text>As soon as reasonably practicable after concluding the review, the Scottish Ministers must—</Text>
