<Text>The Children’s Hearings (Scotland) Act 2011 is amended as follows.</Text>

<Text>In section 60 (local authority’s duty to provide information to Principal Reporter), after subsection (4) insert—</Text>

<Text>Where subsection (2) applies the local authority must also provide the Principal Reporter with information on—</Text>

<Text>the availability of family group decision-making services in the area,</Text>
</P3para>
</P3>
<P3>
<Pnumber>b</Pnumber>
<P3para>
<Text>whether family group decision-making services have been, or will be, considered in relation to the child,</Text>
</P3para>
</P3>
<P3>
<Pnumber>c</Pnumber>
<P3para>
<Text>the response and any report or views gathered through any family group decision-making services that have already been provided.</Text>

<Text>In subsection (5), “<Term>family group decision-making service</Term>” has the same meaning as in Part 12 of the Children and Young People (Scotland) Act 2014.</Text>
