The Children’s Hearings (Scotland) Act 2011 is amended as follows.

In section 122 (children’s advocacy services), in subsection (7)—
a
the words from “means” to the end become paragraph (a),
b
after that paragraph insert “, and
b
includes, where a child is unable due to the child’s age or capacity to instruct that such services be provided to the child, services provided other than on the child’s own instruction.
