52Children’s advocacy services: non-instructed advocacy
(1)
The Children’s Hearings (Scotland) Act 2011 is amended as follows.

In section 122 (children’s advocacy services), in subsection (7)—
(a)
the words from “means” to the end become paragraph (a),
(b)
after that paragraph insert
“, and
“(b)
includes, where a child is unable due to the child’s age or capacity to instruct that such services be provided to the child, services provided other than on the child’s own instruction.”.
