The Children’s Hearings (Scotland) Act 2011 is amended as follows.

In section 60 (local authority’s duty to provide information to Principal Reporter), in subsection (2)(b), for “might be” substitute “is likely to be”.

In section 61 (constable’s duty to provide information to Principal Reporter), in subsection (1)(b), for “might be” substitute “is likely to be”.

In section 64 (provision of information by other persons), in subsection (1)(b), for “might be” substitute “is likely to be”.

In section 66 (investigation and determination by Principal Reporter), in subsection (1)(b), for “that a child might be” substitute “likely that a child is”.
