<Text>This section and sections <InternalLink Ref="section-16" IdURI="http://www.legislation.gov.uk/id/asp/2026/13/section/16" DocumentURI="http://www.legislation.gov.uk/asp/2026/13/section/16/enacted">16</InternalLink>, <InternalLink Ref="section-21" IdURI="http://www.legislation.gov.uk/id/asp/2026/13/section/21" DocumentURI="http://www.legislation.gov.uk/asp/2026/13/section/21/enacted">21</InternalLink>, <InternalLink Ref="section-22" IdURI="http://www.legislation.gov.uk/id/asp/2026/13/section/22" DocumentURI="http://www.legislation.gov.uk/asp/2026/13/section/22/enacted">22</InternalLink> and <InternalLink Ref="section-25" IdURI="http://www.legislation.gov.uk/id/asp/2026/13/section/25" DocumentURI="http://www.legislation.gov.uk/asp/2026/13/section/25/enacted">25</InternalLink> come into force on the day after Royal Assent.</Text>

<Text>The other provisions of this Act come into force on such day as the Scottish Ministers may by regulations appoint.</Text>
