<Text>“<Term id="term-independent-health-care-service">independent health care service</Term>” has the meaning given by section 10F of the 1978 Act,</Text>

</ListItem>

<Text>“<Term id="term-non-surgical-procedure">non-surgical procedure</Term>” (other than in section 14(5)) has the meaning given by <InternalLink Ref="section-1" IdURI="http://www.legislation.gov.uk/id/asp/2026/13/section/1" DocumentURI="http://www.legislation.gov.uk/asp/2026/13/section/1/enacted">section 1</InternalLink>.</Text>
