<Text>A person commits an offence if the person—</Text>

<Pnumber>a</Pnumber>

<Text>intentionally prevents or obstructs an authorised person from doing anything which the authorised person is authorised or entitled to do by virtue of this Act, or</Text>

<Pnumber>b</Pnumber>

<Text>contravenes <InternalLink Ref="section-7" IdURI="http://www.legislation.gov.uk/id/asp/2026/13/section/7" DocumentURI="http://www.legislation.gov.uk/asp/2026/13/section/7/enacted">section 7</InternalLink><InternalLink Ref="section-7-7" IdURI="http://www.legislation.gov.uk/id/asp/2026/13/section/7/7" DocumentURI="http://www.legislation.gov.uk/asp/2026/13/section/7/7/enacted">(7)</InternalLink> without reasonable excuse.</Text>
