The Scottish Ministers may by regulations make such provision as they consider necessary or expedient in consequence of a declaration of incompatibility.

Regulations made under subsection (1) may modify any enactment other than this Act.

Regulations made under subsection (1) may not create, widen the scope of, or increase the penalty for, a criminal offence.
