27Saving

The provisions of this Act are without prejudice to any enactment or rule of law which—

(a)

regulates any question which relates to—

(i)

the formation of a contract,

(ii)

mutuality of contract, or

(iii)

remedies for breach of contract,

but is not provided for by the provisions of this Act,

(b)

requires writing for the formation of a contract,

(c)

prescribes a form for a contract,

(d)

regulates any question which relates to the essential validity of a contract,

(e)

provides protection against unfair contract terms, or

(f)

provides protection for a particular category of contracting person.
