85Removal of requirement to act for fee, gain or reward
In section 47 (licensed providers) of the 2010 Act, in subsection (1), the following provisions are repealed—
(a)
sub-paragraph (ii) of paragraph (a), and
(b)
the “and” immediately following that sub-paragraph.
