1 Scottish Parliament elections S

(1) The Scotland Act 1998 is modified as follows.

(2) In section 16 (exceptions and relief from disqualification)—

(a) in subsection (2B), for paragraph (b) substitute—

“(b) is such a person but for the time being has (or is, by virtue of any enactment, to be treated as having) any description of such leave.”,

(b) subsection (2C) is repealed.
