The Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2003 is modified as follows.

In section 98 (general and supplementary provisions)—

(a)

in subsection (5), before “71(A1)(b)” insert “67U(6), 67X(4), 67Z1,”,

(b)

in subsection (5A), after “51(1)(b),” insert “67O, 67T,”.
