31Use of land for non-agricultural purposes
(1)
The Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2016 is modified as follows.
(2)
In section 27(2) (Tenant Farming Commissioner: codes of practice)—
(a)
the word “and” immediately preceding paragraph (i) is repealed,
(b)
after paragraph (i) insert
“, and
(j)
the use of land for non-agricultural purposes.”.
