The Agricultural Holdings (Scotland) Act 2003 (“the 2003 Act”), schedule 2 (as inserted by section 21 (6) of this Act) Changing or clarifying the method for determining the additional amount of compensation payable to a tenant under section 17(4A) of the 2003 Act (as inserted, or to be inserted, by section 21 (2) (c) of this Act)
2 Regulations under subsection (1) may be made before section 21 of this Act comes into force so that the modifications the regulations make to schedule 2 of the 2003 Act come into force at the same time as section 21 of this Act inserts that schedule. 3 Section 46 applies in relation to the first regulations to be made under subsection (1). 4 No regulations may be made under subsection (1) after the end of the period of 5 years beginning with the day after Royal Assent.
