49 Scottish secure tenancies: succession S

(1) The Housing (Scotland) Act 2001 is modified as follows.

(2) In schedule 3 (succession to Scottish secure tenancy: qualified persons)—

(a) in paragraph 2(2), for “12” substitute “6”,

(b) in paragraph 3, for “12” substitute “6”,

(c) in paragraph 4(b), for “12” substitute “6”,

(d) in paragraph 11(3)(a), for “3” substitute “6”.
