It also amends section 39 so that, before removing a registered letting agent from the corresponding register, the Scottish Ministers must, if they are considering doing this for reasons that differ from or supplement those previously notified, give the agent a further notice under section 39(6) stating that they are considering removing the agent and their reasons.
