48Conditional discharge: relevant conditions
(1)
The Criminal Justice (Scotland) Act 2003 is amended as follows.

In section 18A (interpretation of Part), after subsection (3), insert—
“(3A)
The Scottish Ministers may, by regulations, amend subsection (3) so as to vary the circumstances in which a condition is relevant to V or, as the case may be, a supporter.
(3B)
Regulations under subsection (3A)—
(a)
may make incidental, supplementary, consequential, transitional, transitory or saving provision,
(b)
may make different provision for different purposes,
(c)
are subject to the affirmative procedure.”.
