44Standards of service
(1)
The 2014 Act is amended as follows.
(2)
In section 2 (standards of service), in subsection (3)(b)—
(a)
the words from “prisons” to the end become sub-paragraph (i),
(b)
after sub-paragraph (i), insert—
“(ii)
persons who are subject both to a compulsion order under either section 57(2)(a) or 57A(2) of the 1995 Act and to a restriction order under section 59 of that Act,
(iii)
persons who are subject to a hospital direction under section 59A of the 1995 Act,
(iv)
persons in respect of whom a transfer for treatment direction under section 136(2) of the Mental Health (Care and Treatment) (Scotland) Act 2003 has been made,”.
