23Co-operation with Commissioner
(1)
The Commissioner may request that a specified criminal justice body co-operate with the Commissioner in any way that the Commissioner considers necessary for the purposes of the Commissioner’s functions.
(2)
A criminal justice body which receives a request under subsection (1) must respond to that request confirming—
(a)
that it will comply with the request so far as reasonably practicable, or
(b)
that it will not comply with the request and the reason for that non-compliance.
