34Deputy Chief Inspector of Education in Scotland
(1)
There is to be a Deputy Chief Inspector of Education in Scotland who has the function of deputising for the Chief Inspector.
(2)
The Chief Inspector is, with the approval of the Scottish Ministers, to appoint a person who is an Inspector under section 35 as the Deputy Chief Inspector.
