(1)The Gaelic Language (Scotland) Act 2005 is modified as follows.
(2)In section 10 (interpretation), in subsection (2)—
(a)the “and” at the end of paragraph (b) is repealed,
(b)after paragraph (b) insert—
“(ba)a post-16 education body within the meaning of section 35 of the Further and Higher Education (Scotland) Act 2005,
(bb)Scottish Rail Holdings,
(bc)Scottish Water, and”.
