22Scottish Ministers’ power to regulate process
(1)
The Scottish Ministers may by regulations make further provision about, or in connection with, the process to be followed by a local authority when introducing, administering, reporting on or reviewing a VL scheme.
(2)
Regulations under this section are subject to the affirmative procedure.
