20 Hospital directions S

(1) The 1995 Act is amended as follows.

(2) In section 59A (hospital directions)—

(a) in subsection (1), “, not being a child,” is repealed,

(b) in subsection (10), after the definition of “medical treatment” insert—

• ““sentence of imprisonment” includes any sentence of detention,”.
