11 Annual progress reports on climate change plan: further procedure

(1) The Climate Change (Scotland) Act 2009 is modified as follows.

(2) In section 42(2), after paragraph (ab) (which is inserted by section 2 of this Act) insert—

“(aa) section 35B (climate change plan: annual progress reports);”.
