Procurement Reform (Scotland) Act 2014 S

6 (1) The Procurement Reform (Scotland) Act 2014 is modified as follows.

(2) In Part 3 of the schedule (other contracting authorities to which the Act applies), after paragraph 69 insert—

“70 Zero Waste Scotland”.
