Scottish Public Services Ombudsman Act 2002

1 (1) The Scottish Public Services Ombudsman Act 2002 is modified as follows.

(2) In schedule 2, after paragraph 32 insert—

“32ZA The Patient Safety Commissioner for Scotland.”.

(3) In schedule 5, after the entry relating to NHS Education for Scotland insert—

“The Patient Safety Commissioner for Scotland

A matter of relevance to the Commissioner’s general functions as defined in section 2 of the Patient Safety Commissioner for Scotland Act 2023”.
