Miners' Strike (Pardons) (Scotland) Act 2022

3.The effect of section 1 of the Act is that certain individuals who were convicted of certain offences committed during the 1984-85 national miners’ strike are pardoned for those offences if the requirements of the pardon are met.

4.The pardon applies automatically when the requirements of the pardon are met. There is no application process for a pardon.
