There are currently no known outstanding effects for the Carer’s Allowance Supplement (Scotland) Act 2021, Section 3.
(1)This section and sections 1 and 4 come into force on the day after Royal Assent.
(2)Section 2 comes into force on such day as the Scottish Ministers may by regulations appoint.
(3)The power conferred by subsection (2) includes the power to make transitional, transitory or saving provision.
