15.Paragraph 11 of schedule 3 (Vulnerable adults: cases of adults with incapacity) effectively ‘stops the clock’ on the duration of guardianship orders and certificates authorising medical treatment for the period the emergency legislation is in force. It has been suspended since 30 September 2020(2).
