1.These Explanatory Notes have been prepared by the Scottish Parliament’s Non-Government Bills Unit on behalf of Emma Harper MSP, the member who introduced the Bill for this Act in the Parliament, in order to assist the reader of the Dogs (Protection of Livestock) (Amendment) (Scotland) Act 2021 They do not form part of the Act and have not been endorsed by the Parliament.
