25Commencement

(1)

The following provisions of this Act come into force on the day after Royal Assent—

(a)

in Part 1, sections 3, 4 and 5,

(b)

Part 3,

(c)

this Part.

(2)

The other provisions of this Act come into force on such day as the Scottish Ministers may by regulations appoint.
